Characters
Rin Matsuda - an active and optimistic high school runner who dreams of winning a big tournament. She is in constant competition, sometimes she ignores everything and the only thing that matters to her is victory.
Akiko Tanaka - a rebellious student who grew up in a wealthy Japanese family. Her parents are trying to control her every step, which is why she protests in any possible way.
Hana Tanaka - Akiko's mother. She is very concerned about Akiko's future as their family follows ancient traditions. Looks like she's tired of controlling her naughty daughter alone.

I consistently love your artwork! As far as the text goes, it needs some work the grammar needs some work. Plus, the outcomes don't all make sense. Still, it was much easier to read than the last one!
Why didn't the pheromone thing come up again? She was turned on by them in her room. She was turned on them during the one encounter with Kazuki. Then he had to force her the next time anyway. You also made it seem like she would submit to someone being firm with her like the son was with his mom in your last VN. I thought this could be a nice progression of him being mean and tearing down this Queen Bee's walls.
The backstory you wrote about owning the building, the blackmail, the listening in, and the gathered information about weaknesses weren't necessary because Kazuki just grabbed her. That's just regular assault, and it makes your disclaimer about all the acts being consensual untrue. It's important to note that both men and women have physical reactions when attacked even if they aren't willing.
I've seen it done where a character made people act on their desires with some encouragement from a magical amulet. Everyone wanted to have sex with MC, but they needed "help" overcoming their doubts/ insecurities. People still got into all sorts of trouble. Cheating, orgies, bisexual/gay/straight things that they didn't know they were into, sub/dom relationships, ect.
Thank you again for your feedback. It is very important to me as it is sometimes hard to see these gaps in the story when you make all by yourself.
Using pheromones was indeed my original concept for seduction, however I didn't figure out how to make progression in his relationship with Akiko. Landlord just has a very few reasons to meet his tenants in common. So, I decided to breake their boundaries with blackmailing. The core gameplay became revealing which of her secrets is most important.
Now, reading your comment, I can tell that there were better options to do this like Hana asked him to become her tutor or smth similar. It would make the story more coherent and pheromones will have the place in it.

I found it pretty interesting as it is free from poor-build mini games. The main focus is on revealing characters' traits and understanding their background by watching them via hidden cameras, which makes them much more desired... especially Akiko...
